CLASSES OFFERED AT A.I.:
In the ancient, traditional manner, knowledge is passed from teacher to student; both are explorers of the inner realm; both become teachers; and both remain students. --Anandamaya Yoga Sutras
The Anandamaya Institute class offerings reflect the Spiritual nature of our work as a learning community.
Our curriculum is designed to assist students in their quest for Self awareness, and inner-knowledge, as they seek to lead a wholistic approach to life, as well as an energetically nurturing and healthy lifestyle.
Each individual student is a vital and energetic part of the Institute. As such, our students can expect an educational experience that is respectful and encouraging, while maintaining a quality standard of academic integrity.
