TAROT CONSULTATION:
The Tarot has long been valued, for its effectiveness in enhancing awareness, insight and change, on a deep subconscious level. Tarot consultations are offered in a traditional setting by Joseph Meador, M.Th., Ph.D.
The Tarot deck itself, (especially the archetypal Major Arcana), comprises what might be styled as a remarkable "book" of transformation. As such, the Tarot may be considered as a symbolic representation of the entire spectrum of life, knowlege and experience.
For many people, working with the Tarot is a rich and very rewarding journey of Self discovery and Self awareness. The Tarot provides an opportunity to explore the deeper Self, and it is an excellent means to access the inner well of knowledge and wisdom that exists in each person.
Joseph acquired his first Tarot deck at the age of 11, (a French edition of the Ancien Tarot de Marseille). In his consultations with clients, he uses a warm, knowledgeable, and effective approach to Tarot reading that is client centered, insightful, educational, and meaningful. It is based, in part, on the pioneering work of the Swiss psychiatrist, Carl Jung, M.D. His work with clients using the Tarot is not cartomancy.
Each consultation is personally centered around the individual client, and is therefore unique, significant, and potentially transforming. A typical Tarot session usually lasts for one-hour.
In his readings, Joseph uses the 'Universal Tarot,' (the 22 Major Arcana), designed by Roberto de Angelis, and published in Italy by Lo Scarabeo.
